Cancel, uninstall or transfer SparkLayer
Applies toWooCommerce
Uninstalling deletes your SparkLayer data
Treat uninstalling as deleting your SparkLayer account: its price lists, customer groups and settings. Before you uninstall, export anything you want to keep, such as your price lists. If you plan to reinstall, move to another WooCommerce store or need a test store, contact our support team first, so we can talk through your options. Don't uninstall to change your plan: see Billing, trials and cancelling.
Uninstall SparkLayer
Uninstall SparkLayer like any other WordPress plugin.
- In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins,Installed Plugins.
- Under SparkLayer B2B, click Deactivate.
This ends your subscription and cancels SparkLayer's recurring billing straight away. See WordPress's guide to deactivating or deleting a plugin (opens in a new tab).
What happens next
- Widgets: if you added the SparkLayer frontend interfaces to your theme, remove that code yourself or ask your developer.
- Data: treat deactivating as deleting your SparkLayer data. SparkLayer stops receiving customer, product and order updates, and your account is scheduled for deletion, then deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Charges: your subscription ends. Depending on when your billing cycle started, you may see charges you weren't expecting. See Billing, trials and cancelling for refunds, or contact us and we'll look into them.
Move to another WooCommerce store
Your SparkLayer account is linked to one WooCommerce store URL. If you tried SparkLayer on a test or development store, you can move the account to another store. Because the move starts with uninstalling, contact our support team before you start, and export anything you want to keep.
- In the store you're leaving, uninstall SparkLayer. This disconnects it from that store.
- Sign in to the SparkLayer Dashboard (opens in a new tab) with your original account and go to Integrations,Platform (opens in your SparkLayer Dashboard in a new tab).
- Under Your platform, select WooCommerce (early access) and enter the URL of the new store.
- Install SparkLayer on the new store and choose a plan.
- SparkLayer starts syncing the new store's products and customers. Add the frontend interfaces to the new store if your theme needs them.
