Steps for

How ERP integrations work

In most ERP integrations, the ERP becomes the source of truth for your B2B data: the one place you make changes.

  1. You set up customers and prices in the ERP.
  2. SparkLayer imports them on a schedule, and creates the matching customers and price lists.
  3. B2B orders flow back to the ERP through its own connection to your store (except Katana: SparkLayer doesn't send orders to it).

Each ERP's guide follows the same pattern: what it does, what syncs and in which direction, how to set it up, and its limitations.

If your ERP isn't listed

  • Patchworks and Zynk are integration platforms (iPaaS): services that connect systems which don't have a direct SparkLayer integration. Their cards below link to their partner pages.
  • Your developer or agency can build a connection with the SparkLayer API. See Building integrations.
