Error codes
| Code | What it means | How to fix it |
|---|---|---|
| SHOPIFY:001 | The customer's price list is in a currency (for example AUD) that isn't enabled in your Shopify Markets, or the market uses Shopify's setting to show prices in each customer's local currency, which SparkLayer doesn't support. | Turn on the currency in Shopify Markets. In a market with several countries or regions, turn off "Show prices to customers in their local currency" for that market. |
| SHOPIFY:002 | The customer's price list is in a currency (for example AUD), but their shipping country isn't set up in your Shopify Markets. | Add the shipping country to a market in Shopify Markets. |
| SHOPIFY:003 | There's a problem with the product data, such as a variant in the order with no SKU. | Remove the affected product from the order, and add a SKU to the variant in Shopify. |
| SHOPIFY:005 | The email address on the order fails Shopify's checks, so Shopify won't let the order check out. Shopify uses DNS checks to confirm the email's domain (the part after the @) is real. | Check the email address is valid and spelled correctly, then update it on the customer's record in Shopify. |
| SHOPIFY:006 | The shipping address is in a country that isn't in any of your store's Shopify Markets. | Make sure every country you ship to belongs to a Shopify market. |
| SHOPIFY:007 | The customer record is missing an email address, a shipping phone number or a shipping address. Stores using Managed Markets need all three. | Add the missing details to the customer's record in Shopify. |
| PRICING:001 | The customer's group has two price lists in different currencies (for example GBP and USD). | Go to |
