Cancel or uninstall SparkLayer

Uninstalling deletes your SparkLayer data

Treat uninstalling as deleting your SparkLayer account: its price lists, customer groups and settings. Before you uninstall, export anything you want to keep, such as your price lists. If you plan to reinstall, move to another store or need a test store, contact our support team first, so we can talk through your options. Don't uninstall to change your plan: see Billing, trials and cancelling.

Uninstall SparkLayer

Uninstall SparkLayer like any other Wix app.

  1. In your Wix dashboard, go to Apps,Manage Apps.
  2. Next to SparkLayer, click the … (more actions) button and choose Delete.

SparkLayer is removed from your store, your subscription ends, and its recurring billing is cancelled straight away. See Wix's guide to deleting apps (opens in a new tab).

What happens next

Treat uninstalling as deleting your SparkLayer data. SparkLayer stops receiving customer, product and order updates, and your account is scheduled for deletion, then deleted automatically after 30 days.

Depending on when your SparkLayer billing cycle started, you may see charges you weren't expecting. See Billing, trials and cancelling for refunds, or contact us and we'll look into them.

Move to another Wix store

You can't transfer a SparkLayer account to a different Wix store. Instead, install SparkLayer on the new store and create a new SparkLayer account. Export your price lists from the old account first, so you can upload them to the new one. See Install SparkLayer on Wix.
