Compare platforms
Use this page to check a feature works on your platform before you rely on it. It brings together each platform's install guide, FAQs and limitations page. For anything not listed, see your platform's limitations page.
How to read the tables
✓ means the feature is documented as working on that platform. Limited means it works with restrictions, explained in the notes. ✗ means it isn't supported. Not documented means our guides don't yet confirm it either way, so contact support before relying on it.

- When a customer invites a team member, the team member doesn't receive a confirmation email. Tell them their sign-in email address and ask them to use Forgot password to set a password.
- BigCommerce doesn't allow out-of-stock items when a quote is created or edited.
- Use SparkLayer's own discounts, which need the Growth plan or above. Shopify discounts, BigCommerce promotions and Wix discounts can't be used alongside SparkLayer.
- SparkLayer shipping methods can't be used for orders that go through the BigCommerce checkout to pay online by card.
- Wix stores accept a single currency. Customers see prices in their price list's currency, but orders are created in your store's default currency.
- On Wix, custom checkout fields need a developer, who adds them in code with the
checkoutCustomElementsoption. See Wix limitations.
