Ask Sidekick about SparkLayer

1. In Shopify admin, open Sidekick. You can do this from any page.
2. Ask your question, and include "SparkLayer" so Sidekick knows where to look. For example: "Which SparkLayer price list does my Retailers customer group use?"

Sidekick reads your SparkLayer setup and answers. It works on both your live and test stores.

From Home or Ask Sparkie, the link opens Ask about SparkLayer in Shopify Sidekick, with 3 questions built from your own price lists and customer groups. Click Ask next to one to take it to Sidekick, or Make a change in Ask Sparkie to go to the chat.

If Sidekick doesn't open with the question, it's copied for you. Open Sidekick and paste it.
