🖥️ Frontend The SparkLayer Frontend comprises a variety of interfaces (or "widgets") that are installed on your website. Once set up, your logged in B2B customers then get an optimised "self-service" experience that makes ordering and managing their account a breeze!
⭐ Features SparkLayer is designed to be extremely flexible and there are a variety of ways you can customise and enhance how it works. From configuring pack size rules, enabling special display settings, changing the language customers see, and even enabling powerful tools such as Sales Agent ordering.
🛠️ Backend The SparkLayer Backend focuses on our API that can connect to your backend systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, or iPaaS) to synchronise B2B data such as price lists, product settings (e.g. pack sizes), and customer rules. This is not a requirement to use SparkLayer but is a great way to add further automation if you have systems already in place.
📊 Dashboard The SparkLayer Dashboard is a web browser-based tool that lets you manage your B2B data such as price lists, customer rules, shipping settings, and more. It's also used to manage your onboarding process when you first get set up.
