Intuitive Shipping

Requirements
- Plan: Merchants must be signed up to Intuitive Shipping
- Platform: Merchants must be using Shopify or BigCommerce
Intuitive Shipping is a leading shipping solution major eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and BigCommerce, allowing merchants to manage powerful shipping rules for their online store.
In the context of SparkLayer, it's possible to integrate Intuitive Shipping seamlessly within the checkout, allowing B2B customers to view shipping rates specific to them.
Please note, your Shopify store must already have the Intuitive Shipping app installed before enabling this feature.
Once the Intuitive Shipping app has has been installed on your store, you're ready to activate it on SparkLayer! Within the SparkLayer Dashboard, go to the Settings section, click Integrations, and then click the Partner integrations tab.
Under Shipping, click the toggle on the right to activate the Intuitive Shipping integration.
You'll then be prompted to enter an API Key to complete the setup. You can retrieve this within your Intuitive Shipping Dashboard by going to Settings, going to Partner Integrations and copying the API Key.
It's important to enable SparkLayer shipping, to disable showing shipping methods from your eCommerce platform. Depending on your setup, you may want to disable any SparkLayer shipping methods as they will be shown also.

This completes the set up process and you can follow the below steps to test the integration.
- Log in to your Shopify store as a B2B customer
- Go through the checkout process until you reach the "Review & Pay step"
- The available shipping methods will correlate with those setup in the Intuitive Shipping Dashboard

Please note the following:
- The integration will not factor in any "Shipping dates" configured in Intuitive Shipping
- The integration will only work for physical products (i.e. not digital products)
- Pricing will always be displayed in net pricing (excluding tax)
