Sufio Invoicing

Sufio is a leading invoicing solution for major eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and BigCommerce, allowing merchants to create and send beautifully designed invoices. With powerful features such as customizable design and support for multiple currencies, Sufio makes it easy for merchants to automate their invoicing and grow their business.

The Sufio integration for SparkLayer is available for all Shopify merchants that already use Sufio and allows you to enable downloadable invoices for your B2B customers.
Each time a B2B customer places an order on your store, they can view and download their invoice right from within the SparkLayer My Account area. You can see this in action in our video below.Within the order detail view, the customer simply clicks the button and they are then taken off to their specially designed, Sufio-powered invoice where they can view details and download as a PDF.

Emailing customers an invoice
Sufio also allows you to email customers a copy of their invoice as well as set reminders, giving you a simple way to manage your invoicing process. Learn more here
Please note, your Shopify store must already have the Sufio Shopify App installed before enabling this feature.
Once the Sufio app has has been installed on your Shopify store, you're ready to activate it on SparkLayer! Within the SparkLayer Dashboard, go to the Settings section, click Integrations, and then click the Partner integrations tab.
Under Invoicing, click the toggle on the right to activate the Sufio integration.
This completes the set up process and you can follow the below steps to test the integration.
- Log in to your Shopify store as a B2B customer
- Place an order using the available payment methods
- If the order is via a manual payment method (e.g. Payment by Invoice), within Shopify, mark this as complete to ensure it shows up in the Orders area of Shopify
- Within your Shopify store, as a B2B customer, click the My Account tab, click the order and you will see the option to View or Download Invoice.
Please note the following:
- If you're installing Sufio for the first time, invoices will only show for new orders placed
