Uninstalling & Transferring accounts
SparkLayer works just like any other app in Wix and you can uninstall it very easily.
Please follow the below steps:

From your Wix admin, click Apps, and then click Manage Apps.

For the SparkLayer, click the three dots on the right and then click Delete. This will then remove SparkLayer from your store.
Once you've removed the app, this will then cancel the SparkLayer recurring billing charges with immediate effect.

Please note
- When you follow the uninstall process, this will disable customers, product and order updates to SparkLayer but will not delete the data until you contact us to remove your account.
- Please note, depending on when your billing cycle to SparkLayer began, you may see charges you're not expecting. Please contact us if you would like us to investigate.
At this time, it's not possible to transfer your SparkLayer account to a new Wix store. We recommend creating a brand new SparkLayer account on the new store and following our setup guide.
