Limitations

advanced catalogs variant count due to the way shopify provides access to product variants within a theme we can only guarantee the desired hide/show behaviour on products with <= 250 variants hidden product add to cart caveats if a customer already has a product in their cart before said product is configured such that it should be hidden the product will remain in the customers cart and they will be able to check out similarly customers will still be able to add a product to their cart via add to cart permalinks even if the product is hidden from them third party app compatibility the shopify app eco system is vast, as such we cannot guarantee compatibility with all other third party apps
