# Customise the access denied page

URL: https://docs.sparklayer.io/help/storefront/b2b-catalogs/configuring-access-denied-view
Applies to: Shopify

Change the access denied page customers see when they open a product hidden from them, by editing the B2B Catalogs Liquid snippet in your Shopify theme.

> **Quick summary**
>
> - When a customer opens the product page of a product that's hidden from them, they see an "access denied" view instead.
> - You (or your developer) can change its content by editing `snippets/sparklayer-b2b-catalogs-access-denied.liquid` in your theme. B2B Catalogs adds this file automatically.
> - If you disable B2B Catalogs on the theme, your changes to the file are removed.

## Edit the access denied page

The access denied page is a file in your theme's code, so changing it is a small code edit. If you don't edit your theme yourself, ask your developer or agency.

1. In your Shopify admin, go to **Online Store > Themes** ([open in the Shopify admin](https://admin.shopify.com/themes)).
2. On the theme, open the **…** menu and click **Edit code**.
3. Open `snippets/sparklayer-b2b-catalogs-access-denied.liquid`, make your changes and click **Save**.

**More detail**

Disabling B2B Catalogs on a theme removes your changes to this file. Keep a copy of your changes before you disable the app, so you can add them back later. See [Enable or disable it on other themes](https://docs.sparklayer.io/help/storefront/b2b-catalogs.md#enable-or-disable-it-on-other-themes).
