Applies to: WooCommerce

What works differently on WooCommerce: unique SKUs, price lists managed only in SparkLayer, company user invites, HTTPS and the permalink setting.

> **Quick summary**
>
> - The SparkLayer plugin needs HTTPS and a WordPress permalink setting other than **Plain**.
> - Every product needs a unique SKU, and price lists are managed only in SparkLayer.
> - Invited company users don't get a confirmation email, so tell them their sign-in email and ask them to use **Forgot password**.

Some SparkLayer features depend on what WooCommerce supports. This page lists what works differently on WooCommerce. To check a feature across all platforms, see [Compare platforms](https://docs.sparklayer.io/help/platforms/compare.md).

## Store requirements

| Limitation | Details |
| --- | --- |
| **HTTPS** | The SparkLayer B2B plugin only works on WooCommerce stores with HTTPS turned on. |
| **Permalink structure** | The plugin uses the WordPress and WooCommerce API, so it needs the WordPress permalink structure set to anything other than **Plain**. Change it at **Settings > Permalinks**. |

## Products and pricing

| Limitation | Details |
| --- | --- |
| **Product SKUs** | Every product must have a SKU, and it must be unique to that product. |
| **Price lists** | Price lists can only be managed in SparkLayer. |

## Customers and sales agents

| Limitation | Details |
| --- | --- |
| **Company users** | When a customer invites a team member as a [company user](https://docs.sparklayer.io/help/customers/company-users.md), the team member doesn't get a confirmation email. Tell them which email address to sign in with, and ask them to use **Forgot password** on your store to set a password. |
