Compare SparkLayer's Basic, Starter, Growth, Pro and Enterprise plans: order allowances, sales agents, add-ons and which B2B features each plan includes.

> - SparkLayer has a free **Basic** plan (Shopify only) and 4 paid plans: **Starter** ($49 per month), **Growth** ($149), **Pro** ($299) and **Enterprise** (from $499). Every paid plan has a 14-day free trial, and each includes everything in the plan below it.
> - Plans differ by B2B orders per month (5 to 150, or custom on Enterprise), price lists (3 on Basic, unlimited above), sales agents and features. Starter adds sales agents, the [Intelligent Cart](https://docs.sparklayer.io/help/ordering/intelligent-cart.md)'s AI file upload and barcode scanning and SparkLayer shipping rates. Growth adds [SparkLayer Invoices](https://docs.sparklayer.io/help/ordering/invoices.md) (automatic PDF invoices, payment reminders and your own invoice template), B2B discounts, stock locations and form workflow automations. Pro adds quotes (the [Quoting Engine](https://docs.sparklayer.io/help/ordering/quoting.md), also a $49 per month add-on on Starter and Growth), the SparkLayer API (for connecting systems such as an ERP), test mode, sending emails from your own domain, and Xero and QuickBooks Online. Enterprise adds 24/7 support with a service level agreement (SLA), Ignite (for connecting other platforms) and the Magento integration.

- Every paid plan comes with a 14-day free trial.
- The free Basic plan is only available on Shopify. Stores on Wix and other platforms start with a 14-day free trial of a paid plan instead.
- The Magento integration needs the Enterprise plan. See [Magento FAQs](https://docs.sparklayer.io/help/platforms/magento/faqs.md).

### What counts as a B2B order

Only orders placed through SparkLayer count towards your order allowance. Retail orders placed through the same store don't count. Orders that are later cancelled or refunded still count.

If you go over your allowance, nothing is blocked. SparkLayer keeps working, and your plan card shows **Over limit**. Our team will get in touch to talk about whether another plan would suit you better.

## Changing your plan

Change your plan at **Plan card** in the SparkLayer Dashboard, or **SparkLayer Wholesale > Plan** in the Shopify app. On Shopify, you then confirm the change in your Shopify admin.
