# ERPs and operations

Connect SparkLayer to Brightpearl, Cin7 Core, Linnworks, Unleashed or Katana so B2B customers and prices sync from your ERP, or use Patchworks or Zynk.

> - SparkLayer connects directly to **Brightpearl**, **Cin7 Core**, **Katana**, **Linnworks** and **Unleashed**. If your B2B customers and prices live in one of them, the integration keeps SparkLayer up to date without manual uploads.
> - Data goes one way: from your ERP into SparkLayer (and Shopify), on a schedule. B2B orders reach your ERP through the ERP's own connection to your store, not through SparkLayer. SparkLayer doesn't send orders to Katana.
> - Turn your ERP on in the SparkLayer Dashboard at **Integrations > Partners** in the SparkLayer Dashboard ([open](https://app.sparklayer.io/configuration/integrations/partners)), or **SparkLayer Wholesale > Integrations > Partners** in the Shopify app, under **Multi-channel management**, then follow its guide below. All five need the Pro or Enterprise plan. Linnworks works on every platform; the others need Shopify.

## How ERP integrations work

In most ERP integrations, the ERP becomes the source of truth for your B2B data: the one place you make changes.

1. You set up customers and prices in the ERP.
2. SparkLayer imports them on a schedule, and creates the matching customers and [price lists](https://docs.sparklayer.io/help/pricing.md).
3. B2B orders flow back to the ERP through its own connection to your store (except Katana: SparkLayer doesn't send orders to it).

Each ERP's guide follows the same pattern: what it does, what syncs and in which direction, how to set it up, and its limitations.
