# Sufio invoicing

Connect Sufio to SparkLayer on Shopify so B2B customers can view and download their Sufio invoices from My Account, with setup, testing and limitations.

## What it does

[Sufio](https://sufio.com/shopify/invoice/?ref=sparklayer-2) is an invoicing app for eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and BigCommerce. It creates designed invoices, with features such as a customisable design and support for multiple currencies. See Sufio in the [Shopify App Store](https://apps.shopify.com/sufio).

With the integration, B2B customers can open the invoice for each order they place from the order in [My Account](https://docs.sparklayer.io/help/storefront/interfaces/my-account.md#order-history). They click **View & Download Invoice** on the order and go to their Sufio invoice, where they can see the details and download it as a PDF.

To see it in action, sign in to our [B2B demo store](https://b2b-demo-store-usd.myshopify.com/pages/b2b-login-register) and open an order in **My Account**.

## What syncs and in which direction

Your invoices stay in Sufio. SparkLayer links to them from each order.

## Set up Sufio

Check the requirements, turn on the integration, then place a test order.

### Requirements

- **A Sufio account**, with the [Sufio Shopify app](https://apps.shopify.com/sufio) installed on your store.
- **A Shopify store** connected to SparkLayer. See [Shopify](https://docs.sparklayer.io/help/platforms/shopify.md).

### Connect Sufio

1. Install the Sufio app on your Shopify store, if you haven't already.
2. In the SparkLayer Dashboard, go to **Integrations > Partners** in the SparkLayer Dashboard ([open](https://app.sparklayer.io/configuration/integrations/partners)), or **SparkLayer Wholesale > Integrations > Partners** in the Shopify app.
3. Under **Invoicing**, turn on the switch next to **Sufio**.

There's nothing else to set up.

### Test the integration

1. Sign in to your store as a B2B customer.
2. Place an order with one of the available payment methods.
3. If you used an offline payment method, such as Pay by Invoice, complete the draft order in the Shopify admin so it appears in **Orders** ([open in the Shopify admin](https://admin.shopify.com/orders)).
4. On your store, as the B2B customer, open **My Account** and click the order.
5. Check the **View & Download Invoice** button is there.

## Limitations

- If you're installing Sufio for the first time, invoices only show for **new** orders.
