1. **Your store:** your platform, where you're starting from (new to B2B, phone and email orders, another B2B app or Shopify B2B), and who's setting SparkLayer up.
2. **Your prices:** how you set B2B prices (a rule, a spreadsheet or your ERP), who gets which prices, and whether you need quantity breaks, discounts or RRPs.
3. **Customers and ordering:** how customers pay, ordering rules (minimum orders, pack sizes, credit limits, stock levels), and whether you have sales reps, company accounts, online applications or wholesale hidden from retail.
