## Introduction

Currently, there are a small number of limitations to be aware of with the SparkLayer and Magento Integration.

| ------------------------------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `Product SKUs`                             | Within Magento, the product must have a SKU and this must be unique per product.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        |
| `Price lists`                              | Currently price lists can only be managed though SparkLayer.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            |
| `Sales Agents`                             | [Sales Agent Ordering](docId\:Uw8mDbMEfwWKqZrVB5CqX) lets your sales team place orders on behalf of customers. During the checkout process, sales agents won't be able to select "Pay Online by Card" for a customer, payments must be "offline" methods (e.g. net terms, pay by invoice)                                                                               |
| `Company Users`                            | If you're using [Company Users](docId:_WwfeWVJY9xrSuNCQlFoZ) and a customer is inviting a team member, the team member will not receive a 'confirmation email' asking them to approve access. They will need to be manually informed of their login email address and to use the "Forgot password" feature on the Magento store to create a password for their account. |
| `Multi-stock Inventory module is required` | The magento setup must have the MSI (Multi-Stock Invenetory) module enabled.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            |
